What belongs elsewhere
Anything about an order that has been placed: delivery, a refund, a carton that arrived damaged, a missing fitting from the hardware bag. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. The order confirmation you received is the fastest route to that help, and we genuinely cannot look an order up, because orders do not pass through this site.
Assembly questions are answered best by the instruction sheet in the carton, which is numbered to the parts in front of you. Where a step involves fixing a piece to the wall, the anchoring note on our routine page and the guidance it cites are the plainest reading of why that step is not optional.
